Subscription Policy

1. Subscription
DramaShorts offers its services on a subscription basis for a fee. Subscriptions can be purchased through two platforms:
App Subscription: Subscriptions made via the DramaShorts app on iOS or Android devices are managed through your Apple or Google accounts. Pricing, subscription terms, and renewal policies are displayed within the app’s subscription page.
Web Subscription: Subscriptions made via the DramaShorts website are managed directly by DramaShorts. Pricing and subscription terms are displayed on the website’s payment page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of your subscription period and on each renewal date thereafter until you cancel, at the then-current subscription fee.
The options for the subscription period(s) duration may vary and are stated on the applicable payment page. Examples of subscription durations include weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans.
Subscription prices are determined based on the platform (app or web), your region, and other factors. Always review the payment page for the applicable subscription terms and pricing.

2. Payment Method
Payments will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase at the payment page (after entering your payment method details). You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees on each renewal date to the payment method that you provided until you cancel your subscription.
You authorize DramaShorts to supply your payment details to a third-party payment provider for processing your payments. Your credit/debit card provider may charge you currency conversion fees and other charges for processing your payments.
3. Cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel. To avoid being charged cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current period.
DramaShorts offers subscriptions through two platforms: the mobile app (iOS & Android) and the website dramashorts.io . Each subscription is managed independently.
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on the App Store: You may cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. - If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: You may cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. - If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our websites: If you subscribed through our website, you can manage or cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Ensure to reach out before the end of your current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Please note that cancellations must be completed through the platform where the subscription was originally purchased. In case of any questions or doubts feel free to reach out to [email protected].
You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then-current Subscription period. If you cancel, your right to use the Website will continue until the end of your then current subscription period and will then terminate without further charges.
We may cancel your Subscription if you fail to pay for your Subscription, violate these Terms, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
4. Refunds Policy
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you`ll have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: If you are eligible for a refund, you`ll have to request it directly from Google. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Google’s support page
- If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our websites: We provide refunds at our own discretion and subject to laws and our policies that may be published from time to time. Refund will be provided if we find the request acceptable
Please note that after your subscription period expires, we will not be able to refund you as the service will be deemed consumed in full, unless otherwise provided for by applicable law.
Note for the EU residents. If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of the Service. However, when you make a purchase of a single item of digital content (such as a pdf file) you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately and you, therefore, lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund. By signing up for our Service which is not a single item of digital content and is provided on a continuous basis (such as the Subscription) you expressly request and consent to an immediate supply of such Service. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal we will deduct from your refund an amount that is in proportion to the Service provided before you communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract.
For withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into that contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - DramaShorts via email: [email protected] - of your decision to withdraw from a contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on or through the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent ways. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
